Return policy

Items for return must be attached to our Returns Policy:

Since your confidence, well-being and hygiene are very important to HUA, no exchanges or refunds are made on panties, bodies, lingerie, underwear, or swimwear.

The pieces (dresses, pants, skirts, crop tops, leggings, gowns, bottoms, sports tops, tshirts, tops, blouses, accessories, etc.) must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, with their tags still attached. attached (uncut) and in its original packaging.

The pieces must be returned in their original packaging and protective bags of the brand, and shipped within the protective packaging of HUA.

When trying on the pieces, please be careful not to stain the fabrics and not damage the seam.

If the part has any HUA labels attached, it must be in its original position and not cut.

The pieces can only be tested on your underwear or your clothes. We will not accept returns of pieces that have been used as the first garment or stained.

Accessories must be returned in the same condition as received, including branded packaging and documents provided with it.

Please be careful when trying on your pieces, as if you wish to return them, they must be in the same condition in which you received them. If the return does not comply with our policies, it will not be accepted.

Cancel an order

Depending on where you live, you may choose to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCR). However, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the parts directly to HUA.

How to make a return

As part of our commitment to reducing our environmental impact, our return instructions are paperless. This benefits our customers, our people, and our planet.

We recommend using the HUA packaging your order arrived in for returns. If you can't do this, always use a protective box so you don't damage the brand piece. If we receive returns without the brand's packaging (without protection), the items will be considered used and the corresponding refund will not be possible. Remember that any additional branded packaging, such as dust bags, boxes, or cases, if any, must also be included with your return. For more information, visit our Returns Policy.

Booking your return is free and easy. This is what you should do:

  • Go to "Orders & Returns" if you have an account. You must enter the reference of your order and your email address.
  • Find the order you want to return and click 'Return Part(s)'.
  • Select each piece and its reason for return.
  • Place each item you are returning in its original packaging inside the HUA wrapper.
  • Prepare your package by affixing a return label to the outside of the HUA wrapper.
  • Attach a Return Note to the outside of the wrapper. Make sure the return label is visible.
  • Give the tracking number to the courier. To track the return of your order, write down the tracking number.

We recommend that you ask the courier to scan your package when they collect the return. This will ensure that you can track it.

Please ensure that returns of different parts associated with an order are packaged separately and that a return label is affixed to the outside of each HUA wrapper.

The cost of shipping for returns of defective parts will be covered by HUA (the shipment with the courier company must clarify from the beginning that the recipient will cover the total cost of the shipment). For changes that are not due to defects in the parts, the shipping cost will be assumed by the person making the return.

All the documents you need to return must be included in the HUA envelope.

Delivery of returns

Your returned part must reach HUA within the first 14 days from its delivery date. We recommend that you schedule the collection within the first 7 days, after receiving the order, to guarantee that it arrives within the required 14 days.

We will send you an email with the confirmation of receipt and, there, you will find all the details you need to make the return.


Once your piece has been received, we will refund you as a credit in HUA. The amount will be applied at checkout for your next order. Returned parts will be refunded excluding the original shipping cost and return shipping cost. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Defective items

It is our duty to ensure that each piece arrives in the best conditions so that your purchase fills you with satisfaction. However, if you receive a damaged or defective part, or if it does not match the description on the page, please contact our Customer Service as soon as possible. We will make the proper return and process your full refund for the defective part.

Personalized items

Due to the nature of custom orders, and the fact that these items are created especially for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these types of pieces.

Pre-owned and vintage items

Pieces from past collections sold at HUA are rigorously inspected prior to sale to ensure quality, accuracy, and authenticity, so we do not accept returns or exchanges on these types of pieces.

In the event that any of your purchases arrive defective or damaged, or without the HUA labels, please contact Customer Service to help you with the return.
